“Just had a fortified roof replacement done with Integrity. Mick was the PM and was great with walking me through each step of the process. The entire crew were friendly and very hard working. They worked 7am-8pm to get it all done in one day. A few of the crew were back bright and early the next morning to do another post cleanup, cleanup. The dumpster was picked up at 7am the following morning as well. Leftover materials were picked up promptly. Mick also came back and did a 3rd walk around just to be sure all of the metal/any scraps were picked up around the house. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Flores and Foley have revived this 1841 house after multiple storms- Florence was a great disaster and the water (living on THE high spot of New Hanover C0 with the winds sweeping up Cottage lane) had pushed and pulled the standing seam roof to the point of BIG TROUBLE.. Water was cascading down an interior wall like a fountain. They came, were supportive, had a plan and worked and reworked it until all the house was secure and dry. “Cooper Marshall, Managing Partner at To Serve Contracting in Wilmington, NC, knocked on our door several months ago. Not to be bothered, I told him that I wasn’t interested, even though I knew my roof needed replacing. Frankly, I didn’t trust people who gained business that way. A couple of months later, he came back, and my wife talked to him and scheduled an appointment to have the roof inspected. Reluctantly, I agreed, and they came out and provided us with a very thorough inspection and report. I asked him many questions about how the process worked with our insurance company and he assured me that he knew what he was doing. I finally agreed to let him contact my insurance company and file a claim. He did. To make a long story short, everything that he told me was absolutely correct, and it happened just as he said it would. Their crew came out on a Thursday morning, and by Friday at noon, I had a new, functional, and beautiful roof. The work was outstanding, and my yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. I am a very difficult person to deal with and I don’t trust very many people, but Cooper was persistent without being pushy and performed above my expectations!
