Needed plumber for leak just beyond the water meter box. Milam Plumbing responded within a day when no other plumbers were able to accommodate. Bill and Phil were efficient, careful and pleasant. They did the work to get the valve connected to the PVC pipe where it had broken. They had the job done in less than two hours and left the yard in great shape. I had heard good things about Milam Plumbing and they did not disappoint.

Our hot water heater had to be replaced and a trusted friend recommended Milam Plumbing. So glad he did!! It was the best experience we have ever had dealing with something like this. From the lady answering the phone, right on down to the serviceman who installed a new hot water heater...these folks are the BEST!! We felt like we were their most important customer throughout the entire experience! If you have any plumbing issue-CALL THEM!

Truly great customer service. Not only did they show up the day I called the gauge our issue but turned around got us on their scheduled the day after our parts arrived AND one of the sweet technicians took out a frog from my kitchen I was ferried of. Thanks Stein, Gage and Gages helper today!!! Y’all were awesome !
