Gatlin Straw is one of a kind these days! They are the Chick-Fil-A of pine straw and services. They were very professional from the first phone call through completion of their project which they executed flawlessly! Small businesses like this with such great customer service and above and beyond communication are rare these days and needless to say they have my business going forward. Their prices are very reasonable and comparable to the going rates but their customer service and quality of products and services are what set them apart from the rest. Awesome service. I called on Monday and they delivered within two hours of when I called. The pine straw looked great. The lady on the phone when I called so polite and helpful. When they got here they actually looked at the yard and told me how much I would need. The guys that delivered the straw were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Needed pine straw but unable to pick it up. Ordered it online Monday and it was delivered on Friday as I asked, stacked where I asked, paid with a check left in a pre-designated spot, and the driver called about 45 minutes ahead of time as advertised. Perfect! Easy user-friendly website. Thank you!

We are a family-owned and operated local business that has been serving Southeastern NC since 1989. Mr. Gatlin started carrying straw by himself using a single van in the 80’s and has since expanded to employ his sons and family to help with the company’s continued success. We provide long leaf pine straw that is hand-raked and baled daily from local fields of Brunswick and Columbus Counties. Our services include pick-up, delivery, and installation to Residential and Business Owners, Landscapers and Contractors.
