This company is absolutely fantastic saving me both time and money. Had a problem that would have likely been a couple of hundred dollars but they explained a fairly simple fix I could do myself and save the money. They actually took the time to explain the exact steps and refused to take any money at all for talking me through it. You do not find customer service like this anymore. Highly, highly recommend.

We had a leak at our water main and it was not discovered until late Friday evening. Justin came right over after hours and fixed the issue very quickly. Very personable and great service. I will use Justin McKenney Plumbing exclusively moving forward! Thanks again for the amazing service!

Called Justin as I was out of town and our tankless water heater was giving a code 10 error on a Friday night to my wife and 3 little ones. Justin went to my home at 11pm and fixed the error coordinating with myself over the phone to not wake my kids or bother my wife. When I say 5 star service it’s truly 5 star. You don’t deal with people like Justin anymore. I called 9 plumbers who wanted to charge astronomical service fees and had no empathy for my situation. Justin immediately assisted and understood the impact of the situation.
