Very fast, polite and helpful in advising and dealing with unexpected issues. Informed us about everything and advised on options beforehand so no surprises when the bill came.

I recently had a very disappointing interaction with Trevor and his assistant at Blue Water Heating & Air. We live downtown and our A/C went out on a Friday afternoon. At the suggestion of our property manager, we contacted Blue Water and were told that they had an appointment at 7pm but could come out after they finished that appointment. We received a text (no phone call) around 9pm that they could not find parking and would have to come back the next day. I told them that I could give them a parking pass but they replied that they had already left the area. I found this strange because, while it was late, they claim to be a 24/7 company.
