I have successfully taken classes in business and engineering and have also taken rigorous Home Inspection courses with various certifications. I have been around many different types of building systems since I was a young kid. Through-out I have had various mentors with related training: engineers, electricians, a/c techs, flooring specialists, landscapers, finish carpenters, contractors and machinists.
