Crystal at Carolina Therapy Services was amazing with our 4 year old daughter! With each visit of speech therapy, I knew we would walk through the doors to see Crystal smiling and greeting our daughter by name. Our daughter, in turn, would leave excited to return for the next session. With Crystal's play-like approach (for our daughter) and mapped out sounds to individually focus on (for us, as parents), her speech dramatically improved. After each session, Crystal provided a brief update of what they worked on, how it went, and what the plan would be for our next session. I loved feeling "in the loop" and connected with the progress they made together. The CTS staff were always welcoming, professional, and positive. The Smithfield location was convenient, clean, and cheerful. Our family was very pleased with Carolina Therapy Services and would highly recommend their services.
