I had hip joint pain for 5 mths, diagnosed as early arthritis. I refused to believe I had to take Tylenol every night to sleep thru the pain. Two sessions with Amy and I am back to yoga, hiking, and sleeping thru the night without pain. For all the non-believers, just try one treatment..so much better than drugs!

I had been experiencing pain with no relief except with pain pills. After one treatment from Amy, my pain was gone, I was sleeping better and my energy level was higher than it has been in ages. For the record, I am 78 years old. What a wonderful addition to our community!

This place is amazing!!! I was so nervous to get my acupuncture done, but Amy was so compassionate and helpful with this. I didn't feel any needles go in, and my chronic back pain was gone almost instantly. The guided meditation was outstanding, as well! I will be coming back to make this apart of my self-care routine! Thank you Amy!
