Michael came out to do an HVAC balance test and adjustment on a new build. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He gave tips on how to keep a home feeling comfortable. The interaction with a Weather Master technician was excellent even though an intermittent problem is not yet resolved. The technician listened well to explanations, treated the customer with great respect and was very sympathetic to frustration. He shared similar issues at other customers and explained how this issue will eventually get resolved. I took half a day off from work in for an appointment for air conditioning startup. my time slot was between 12:00 and 5:00. At 4:30 I called to make sure I was still on schedule was told that the tech was on the way. By 5:09 I got a call from the service tech which I had missed and was told he would call me back in 9 minutes. with the phone in my hand I never received that phone call. By 5:45 I called the office got the answering service cuz they had already shut for the weekend. I demanded to know when this tech was going to show up. Within 5 minutes I get a call back from the technician saying he did call me back but I didn't answer so he had moved on to the next customer. I have proof on my phone showing he never called. I canceled my appointment because I was tired of waiting for 6 Plus hours. next year guarantee I will not be using you again and I'll find someone else. I can't afford to be taking time off from work and not have someone show up when they say they're going to. my time is just as valuable as theirs. I wasted a whole day for nothing. Not happy with them at all. today is June 19th I had called for this appointment several weeks ago because they screwed up my initial appointment on May 9th the tech claimed that he called and he never did and I have legal proof of it on my phone. I called to make sure that I had an appointment today and sure enough I wasn't on the books. so this is the second time that they screwed me. I will not recommend this company to anybody. they are unreliable not dependable and their technicians lie.
I have been a customer over 10 years and have had great service always. Today Joey and Angel came out for scheduled service of my HVAC and they were professional and explained everything. I have also had service from their plumber and as always, great service. I highly recommend them.
