My experience from start to finish was exceptional. The front office staff was able to fit me in the day I called..so grateful. Everyone was super friendly, kind and compassionate. Dr. Burns and the vet tech provided next level care and concern for Cappy. The whole team works together like a well oiled machine and truly want the best for your pet. I can't say enough great things about them but know they have made a difference.
The entire team at Smithfield Road Veterinary Hospital exemplify professionalism, compassion, and the pinnacle of veterinary care in all that they do. They take the time to listen to and address any concerns that you may have without making you feel as if you or your pet are burdensome in any way. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience each time we go to this clinic! Dr. Polu always takes her time to go over all information and answer all questions, goes out of her way to find a resolution for your pet, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating! We love them!
