“After the heavy rain yesterday, our son told us this morning that he noticed a wet spot mark on his bedroom ceiling. We called Michael as he'd repaired a bathroom vent flashing leakage issue for us 3 weeks after we purchased our home in 2020 and again in September 2023 when we had a leakage issue. Each time his service was very quick and efficient.
After our call this morning, he came out about an hour later and fixed the issue around the gas heater vent. With all the rain in the forecast, we were worried we'd have to wait for scheduling. Our realtor recommended him initially to look over the home inspection report prior to closing as we negotiated a fair credit towards home repairs. He charged a nominal fee and walked us through each item via phone, since we were out of state. We were convinced when it came time to tackle that “to do” list, he would be our first call. Within a few weeks of closing we discovered an issue with squirrels getting into the attic. We were still out of state at the time and it took less than a day for him to send a crew out to shore up any holes in the space. After calling the office, John was able to quickly come out to assess the damage and provide a rough estimate on site, helped me to submit a claim with my insurance company and met with my adjuster. We were able to get the work quickly scheduled - Rafael and his team did great work on my roof & and Salvador, the painter, came the next day to fix the water stains in my master bedroom ceiling and did a wonderful paint job. “Ben answered my call over the weekend when I discovered a small leak in the roof that ended up leaking through to a bedroom. He walked me through how to contain the leak in the attic, since I was able to get to the section that was compromised. That action at least stopped the leak to the bedroom until he could come out and assess the situation. He was very punctual for the site assessment and wrote up for me the exact issue that caused the leak along with a couple of other recommendations upon his inspection of the entire roof. Once we agreed on a remediation plan, Ben scheduled the time to come back and completed the repair. Again, he was on time and showed up when he said he would.
