Meredith is the real deal. She patiently worked with me to create a care-free style that is all my own. Her personality is warm and welcoming, laced with humor and the best virtue a stylist can have-- patience. She really listened to my "issues" with my hair, that is really thick and wavy and not easy to contend with. I highly encourage giving her a try, she is new to Ron Carlos and I'm now a loyal fan and customer. She'll be your new found confidence....PS she loves dogs--makes her even more special! Best salon experience I have ever had! From the moment I walked in, I loved that the salon felt more spa-like than salon/like. Jennifer asked questions & spent time understanding what I wanted. She did a fantastic job taking my jumbled description of what I was looking for and creating a an amazing color/cut combo. Jennifer also gave me a fantastic scalp massage and just the right amount of conversation. The products she used felt so great and smelled so fresh and botanical. I may need to increase my semi-annual salon visits after this wonderful experience. Thank you Jennifer!

I was driving into Raleigh to get my hair done and wanted to find something closer to home I'm very thankful to have found this salon. Im super happy with my haircut that Rosa gave me. Today I tried a facial and had a great experience with that too. If you're looking for a great salon with a friendly team- give them a shot! Very clean and fairly priced.
