I have used Cox for years and always had great service. They re-keyed a door lock for me and Ive had numerous duplicate keys cut there. Staff is always courteous and service is fast.

I locked my car doors only to realize I left my keys in my car. Researched some locksmiths in my area and found one in knightdale and figured I’d give them a shot. Made a call and even got a text giving me an ETA for when a technician would arrive. The man who unlocked my car was very professional and friendly so if I ever need a service involving locks I will definitely call this business again.

We used them to change the locks at our business. They offered a special key set that is perfect for our needs. The price was reasonable. They showed up on time and stood behind their work. Later when a key felt sticky, they came by and adjusted the lock at no charge. Will continue to work them for all our needs!
