Terrific experience dealing with this company. My air conditioner failed mid summer - they were incredibly quick to assess and fix it. Great communication and reasonable cost. I highly recommend!
Called Hoy the morning of the A/C going out, as soon as they came in that morning I received a call from the office and she told me someone would be out within 1-2 hours. John was early, diagnosed the problem(wiring issues) and had it fixed and cooling in no time. He explained our future with our unit and what to expect when it comes time to get a new one. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
After a terrible lightning strike we found ourselves without our main heat pump and it was really hot. Hoy had a technician there late on a Sunday nite. Unfortunately we needed some parts, but everything was repaired the next day. Great service. Great technician - thank you Justin! Poor guy had to climb into a very hot attic to fix. Very professional and top notch service.
