Great Condo. Enjoyed our stay here, lots of room and excellent views. Really enjoyed the screen porch. Would definitely stay here again. All my questions were answered quickly and by friendly professionals.
This is a very nice place in a nice location. All vacation homes seem to have some issues and this one was no exception. The house needed some insect care in the kitchen and there is the general wear and tear you come to expect. But Bearch Realty's response was outstanding and Marcus, our Beach Reality technician, was excellent. Very efficient, very respectful, very nice. It is a very nice home but lighting is always a concern of mine and although there are plenty of lamps and ceiling lighting, the wattage needs more power! Everything was great as always! House was very clean and ready for us! This is why we return to Climate Change every year!
The only thing that needs attention is the hot tub. Loosing a-lot of water daily.
