Beach Realty were very helpful from the beginning of my search to this survey. Kept me informed the entire time especially the week before and the day of arrival. We even got in earlier than expected. Would go thru this company again for a rental home.
Great house, Beach Realty kept us well informed about things we needed to know. The only concern about the house was a strong gas smell when we briefly cut on the gas logs. We aired out the house and never used the logs again.
Great communication all year. We didn't have any issues during our stay but I'm sure they would have been responsive. The house was super cleaned and maintained. Exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay there again
