Everyone we’ve encountered has been extremely professional and knowledgeable, and on top of that, they are kind, considerate, thoughtful, and mindful that they are in your private space. I’d like to give a special shout out to a young man named Hunter. He came to my mother’s house late in the day ~ Hunter is not the gentleman who normally works my mom’s address, her normal fella is Glenn, and he’s awesome, too. Anyway, Hunter came by and even though it was late in the day and he could’ve easily hurried along with his work and been on down the road, he took the time to call me to make sure he was doing everything we may like to have done. Not pushy or trying to do any sort of add-on or anything, he just wanted to make sure we were going to be happy with his service. Honestly, you just don’t get Customer Service like this anymore. We live in another part of the state, so we are not fortunate enough to have access to Wheeler Exterminating for our needs, but if we did have access that’s exactly who we would be using for home as well.“
