Kinston Refrigeration came out over a month and a half ago to look at our stove. They said they'd need to order a part. Should take a week or two. Ok. Cool. I have not heard a word from them since they came out here December 10th, aside from me calling them. I've called every Friday starting at the beginning of the year and they still don't know where this piece is. They actually mentioned they didn't order it until the first week of the new year, two whole weeks after they already came out. By the time they finally get around to it our warranty will be expired. Update. My original appt was 1 to 3. Then they said 3 to 5. I was upset no one called me. The original young receptionist was in a cloud and didn't know what was going on. When I called back, a more experienced woman answered. She was knowledgeable and helpful, but I still have to ✋ wait. I need a nap before my shift tonight. Ugh. Do not use this company or American home shield.Btw.. I've been waiting for just a defrost timer for over a month. They should have those on hand.
