This was my fist time going to Kim’s Nail Salon and I was not impressed at all I went with my Nanna who had been going here and she likes it but I do not. The sanitation was not good I got a manicure and a pedicure when I went to go get my manicure the table I set my hands on was disgusting it was dusty and there were old nails on it and powder was in the table it had not been cleaned in a while and one of my nails got messed up or the coloring did and he did not fix it. The customer service was not great either. I would not recommend!

10/10 do not recommend. I went in for French tips and showed him exactly what I wanted and he did not follow the photo at all. He painted way too much of a “white tip” and covered almost half my nails in white. He also did it very unevenly. He is very very rude and rushed me even though he had no other customers. Will not be returning and hope you don’t either.

Asked for designs and they acted as if they will do it and then they didn't they sent me out woth unfinished nails. Also, they don't look like they want to be there. Don't waste your time or money.Service: Manicure
