Amazing helpful company, called to have an inspection but called and canceled with them due to us decided that the mold at our rental is more than we want to tackle. Lady was so helpful giving tips for home inspectors in the future as they really understand highly sensitivity to molds causes health issues. This is the company I will call first for any mold issue after talking to several other companies they know there stuff and are IICRC certified to the highest level for mold remediation.
TruNorth was a wonderful company to work with. They truly helped us from the start of the process to the end. They are incredibly reliable and every person that worked on our project was very courteous and friendly. I probably can not remember everyone’s names that was involved on all the different crews and processes. But thank you. Also I want to acknowledge Justin Trammell ,JT Clifton and Connor Wilson. Also the crew who worked on Saturday to get everything finished so we were ready to entertain family for our Christmas holiday. If you need reliable, good workmanship, friendly staff TruNorth is the company.
James and his team are top notch! Not only did they do an efficient and detailed job, but they were also very friendly, respectful and always showed up on time. They were consistently proactive in communication and we always knew what next steps were throughout our entire remediation. You can tell James and his team take pride in the work they do and the effort they make to ensure their clients feel well taken care of. We would highly recommend TruNorth to friends, family and neighbors!
