After a rough start with Superior Pool It was brought to my attention, & I understand that the supply chain issues was our hold up Peter contacted me, explain the situation and said he would take over the project he also told me we would be swimming in 2 to 3 weeks “WELL” I’m writing this review to say “Peter” of Superior Pool and spa, did his Magic & BOOM WE R SWIMMING, & I’m so excited , to to say we love this Beautiful pool in our backyard Thank you Peter Job well done

We paid superior over $100k for our pool and it took almost 10 months to complete. The deadlines were constantly missed and the worst experience was the automatic pool cover. This was an expensive add on and it has never worked properly. We have called numerous times and it is still not working. It is now 8 months since the pool was completed and the pool cover still does not work. We have to constantly clean our pool and fill it due to the heat and condensation. This is truly unacceptable. The company has been awful about getting this issue fixed. I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone!

Gave me an invoice for a new pool liner, ordered it and waited a few months for warmer weather to open the pool and replace liner. He didnt tell me when he was coming to replace the liner but texted me when he got to my house while I was hospitalized to let me know he had already started draining it. No big deal, He had already invoiced me and I knew how much it would be. After he finished the job he sent a new invoice for nearly DOUBLE! A pool liner and install that was originally $4900 turned into $8300!!!! Both prices are WAY more than others in the area. Totally tried to tale advantage.
