This was the best service call of any kind we have ever had. The technician arrived promptly within less than an hour. He had our problem fixed in about 20 to 25 minutes. He was friendly, competent and knowledgeable. His communication with both myself and my husband was excellent. His price was reasonable even though it was a holiday week. Payment was simple with a credit card. I can recommend this company without reservation. Have already put them in my contact list for possible future use. I could not have better experience and service as it was sprinkle a little bit and they said don't worry we will get your indoor and outside unit completed Today and it was so nice and cleaned up the mess and it works 100 percent better than before I am completely satisfied with the work and the guys answer all my questions very happy and would refer them to anyone.
