After chasing down a problem with one circuit in my home I bit the bullet and called Martin's for help.
The owner called me back a couple days later to inform me that they were temporarily not doing repair due to some employee challenges but then he asked me several questions about my situation and he stayed on the phone with me for about ten minutes to discuss my problem.
He gave me a suggestion and the knowledge I needed to check a certain aspect of the circuit based on the voltage readings I was getting at different points.
He then told me to call him back if I needed any other advice or help and apologized for not being able to come out there to fix it due to the staffing challenges they were currently experiencing.
Marty was right on and I was able not only to find and fix the problem but he saved me literally a few hundred dollars in parts and several hours of time.
