Same day appoint and diagnosed and fixed in a short period of time.<br>The technician Greg was polite and well informed.I was so satisfied, that I signed up for a 3 service contract!<br>The price for the repair was unexpectedly fair and the warranty was good.<br>What a great experience with a great HVAC family owned business.<br>Update:<br>Our ancient furnace pooped out yet again during a very intense cold snap.I called Comfort and Jason came over on a Sunday to repair it but,a part that he did not have was needed so, we were looking at having no heat. Jason was so concerned that he made a special trip to bring over an electric heater to help us get through. That is customer service!<br>Jason found the part that was needed the next day and Greg (our favorite technician) was able to install the part and we now have heat! Job well done!<br>So, if you are looking for a First Class HVAC company, look no further than these folks.<br><br>Update 10/24<br>Had our semi annual maintenance inspection of our furnace.<br>Jason was on time and as always professional.<br>I appreciate Comfort Controls arriving on time and my opinion of Comfort Control was formed by their customer service but more the compassion shown to us by our first encounter that is covered in my previous post.<br>Look,bottom line is, trust the service,price and the employees to do a great job.“
