Patients have had quick and easy experiences, with some reporting wait times of less than 30 minutes before receiving care. Many have been thoroughly impressed by the high-quality service they received. One patient noted the professionalism and kindness of the staff, particularly a Nurse Practitioner named Tiffany, who helped restore their faith in Cardinal care after a past negative experience. The facility is highly recommended by patients to their family and friends, as it continues to deliver fast and compassionate medical care, even in challenging situations like pneumonia.
Appointment was at 8:40 AM Friday morning after Thanksgiving, and I was in the exam room one minute later. Abigail Rooks, FNP, was attentive,, concerned, and demonstrated a high sense of urgency for my condition; she’s the consummate professional. And the nurses were exceptional, courteous, and professional as well. They kept me informed through every step of testing and results. It was my first visit at the facility, and I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects…very clean and welcoming too. Can’t say enough good things about this visit, from the minute I interacted with the receptionist until I was checked out by a nurse before I left. I highly recommend the staff and facility for urgent care needs in the King, NC area. Thank you, ladies!

Phenomenal experience here this evening at Cardinal urgent care ! The front desk was so friendly the nurse and the PA. If you’re needing an X ray or anything else I will definitely recommend and use them again in the future. Thank you!
