I ordered 2 sliding doors and another exterior door through Tom Gordon last year. He helped me find a reputable contractor to install them. This year I noticed the handle had broken on my screen door. I messaged Tom and he had a new handle sent to me within the week under my warranty. I had noticed another small issue and he scheduled an appointment for me to have that addressed as well. It's not just about sales for Tom, I appreciate that he cares about long term happy customers and it truly shows.
Tom Gordon was efficient and professional with the ordering and installation of windows and doors from Pella! I would highly recommend anyone in need to contact them - very trustworthy!
