When I met Michelle a year ago, my yoga practice had taken its toll on my 50 year old body and I was experiencing debilitating back pain. The thought of a rigorous Ashtanga practice seemed daunting at this point, but I was willing to try anything. Michelle was so speedy and kind in scheduling our private, on the beach yoga class for 4! Our instructor, Molly, was very engaging, and incredibly mindful and skilled in her practice. I highly recommend scheduling a private yoga class for your friends or family, this was an awesome experience!

Michelle is a dedicated, reliable, and mystical yoga instructor well-studied beyond her years. She is an expert in fine tuning postures and teaching advanced yogic breath techniques safely, Wherever you are on your yoga path, you are in for an amazing journey with Michelle. Be sure to take notes. Her wisdom is vast. I have yet to find another modern guru of the same caliber.
