“I recently had a pair of boots resoled and was very pleased with the service and repair. Later I returned with a pair of dress shoes that had been scraped on concrete and were beyond anything that I could do to make them look better. I was told that they would do their best but they couldn't promise that the shoes would look new. I agree that the shoes don't look new but they look wonderful and I can now wear them again! Thank you, New Era - I will continue to bring my shoes here for repairs.“
