Above and beyond -excellent arrangement and top-notch service! A friend of mine lost a loved one and I found out this morning. I called Vivian at noon and in 2.5 hours she had created an absolutely gorgeous arrangement and delivered it. I have a new florist and she has a new customer. Muchas gracias Vivian! Lisa Israel
