Luna Cleaning Service

Margarita was incredibly difficult to work with. She never contacted the homeowner directly and was constantly using a family member to try to communicate with. And then after being very unreliable several weeks in a row with some of her staff just not showing up when they said they would several times, she just decided to Stop coming to clean my 86-year-old mother's house! With no explanation and no phone call. Nothing. She claims that she tried to call my mother but there was no voicemail and no missed phone calls. This woman is passive aggressive. I do not recommend her service.

My vacation rental in High Point NC gets high ratings from guests- giving all "Thanks" to Luna Cleaning Service!! Anytime I have a 'crisis' He manages his schedule to show up to help me. He has gone beyond his call of duty, i.e. cleaning services. He has replaced ceiling fans, minor plumbing issues, light bulbs, minor electric issues to whatever the need is, he rises to the occasion. Did I mention painting?!!! Very professional, clean painting job. Mr. Luna is a strong Christian who is reliable, dependable, courteous and never afraid to meet a challenge!! Luna Cleaning Service is our right hand. Tom and I appreciate all that you do for us!!

Moses and his team do excellent work and Moses can do Anything!! He fixed a clogged sink drain (took the pipes apart and cleaned out) during one cleaning and recently we had a roll up shade on a bay window that had broken and he repaired strings and it now works like new! He checked my daughters heat/air filters and had her get replacements and he changed all of them—he does these things without being asked!! He is amazing!!
