Best dentist ever!! Honest, heartfelt concern for patients. Kind, confident and approachable. The staff is always nice, friendly and professional. It’s like having friends work on your teeth.
In my sweet 42 years of life I have visited numerous dental offices. This one here is better than them all by leaps and bounds. You start in the reception area where you are immediately acknowledged. Immediately greeted warmly. Your appointment is on time; little waiting if anything (more in this to come). The dental hygienists are professional, yet personable. Sadly, due to poor hygiene choices in my youth I have had to visit them all...for repairs...so I have literally been in the chair of every hygienist on staff. All are awesome. Chair side manner is personable, sweet, welcoming, comforting. IF...and that’s a big honking >IF< you have to wait, it’s because it’s basically one woman handling business like a boss and whoever she is treating is in a horrible mess and needs the extra attention. Teeth hurt. Teeth are a pain to deal with. So if you are chilling in the wait room waiting for your appointment it’s because some other poor soul is being handily dealt with. You aren’t waiting because they don’t like you; or because they are inefficient. You are waiting because someone needed attention. Be glad that person isn’t you. And whenif that person ever is you, be glad you have Dr. Phelps and her people handling your issue. So...chill... Dr. Phelps? Let’s just call this home girl “Painless P”... I’ve (again, due to my own mistakes as a child) have had to see her for repairs to old dental sins more times than I would like. But this doctor will mitigate your pain 100%. You feel pain? Another shot...You feel a shock? Another shot. You feel a deep regret over that break up back in ‘02? Well...that’s on you...but your tooth >will< be numb. As numb as that girls heart..... I digress...this practice is what I have been searching for (not that a dentist is someone we really want a deep relationship with...). It’s small...personal...efficient...excellent work done, and...well...you just feel the family vibe they have going on. I honestly just wanna go chill and bring some donuts and hang out talking about MMA and who retired recently from pro-sports, or whatever. So...I guess, yes, I recommend Dr. Phelps. Go for the cleaning, stay for the family.
