I must be one of the fortunate ones. I moved from the Fayetteville VA to the Kernersville VA. There's not a thing I have found that is not exceptional. I'm a lot older now than when I enlisted. A lot more grateful now than then. There are times when I do need help and the VA as always been there for me. People and staff a cut above. Everyone is entitled to a sour grapes day, but I have not found one as of yet. I checked into the VA in 2015. They have taken my health care a lot more serious than I have. Folks are professional, efficient, informative, and caring.
I just transferred from another state and the whole Clinic is kind of Green on taking care of Veterans, not impressed. Reminds me of the Veterans Hospitals back in 1996. The main thing they don’t listen and think they know everything. My primary provider has only worked there for a year, my last one is still working and I had him since 2002. I don’t want to go through what I did from 96 to 2002. They need some people that have experience with Veterans.
I can't say that I've ever walked out of a VA Clinic with an utmost fulfillment, that is up until I went to this clinic. NP Elizabeth Roach is hands down one of the clinic's best personnel.
