I should have left a review way before now. This is THE best nail salon in Kernersville. Sam & Twin and their staff are professional and always create a pleasant atmosphere. They are amazing at doing nails and I don’t trust anyone else to give me SNS but them. They deserve all the service for the business they have worked hard to build.

Specialties: This morning I got a gel mani/pedi. Not only does it look lovely, I felt pampered the whole time I was there. They do a great job and are very sweet and kind. I love Happy Nails!

The name Happy Nails definitely describes the atmosphere. I love everyone’s attitude and how “at home” they make you feel. They do a great job on the nails, always careful to not damage your real nail and do what is best for the nails’ health. They always put forth an effort to try and give me the design I want. It’s also fairly easy to get scheduled in.
