Luke Serrano was wonderful to work with .I live in Kernersville NC and he was able to get class 3 Duration shingles for my new roof.The new roof looks awesome .Luke answered every question I had and responded in a very timely manner to questions.Luke provides excellent customer service .Best Choice Roofing and Luke Serrano have been awesome to work with .I would and have told other people about the great stress free wonderful experience I have had with them I love my new roof
After trying to cancel the claim, BRANDON (manager) been personally assisting me going forward and so far been pleasant journey. Adjusted my rating to 3 stars as the job not completed but once we get the final result will update it once again! Thanks Brandon for taking this head on. I appreciate ur effort
We recently had our roof done by them, and it was a great experience from beginning to end! They were not pushy, were very pleasant to work with, and did a great job. Definitely recommend!
