“Renfrow Heating and Air completed the install of my new Trane yesterday (2/29/2024). It took three days to install all new duct work and the actual unit. First, the install team was amazing. When they arrived they always knocked to let me know they were here. They went right to work and worked continuously. They were very polite, well-mannered, very considerate of my 15 year old Yorkie, and made an extra effort not to be intrusive. As much as I knew, I checked behind them after they left and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. The project manager came and checked on their progress regularly and checked with me for questions. This team made the install process actually enjoyable and easy. At the end, two representative spent quite a bit of time explaining how to use the new thermostat. I needed the extra time and they gave it to me without frustration. During install they found a small water leak under my home. Instead of ignoring it, I was called and when the plumber arrived assisted him by showing him where the leak was located. I so appreciated this. I have lived in my home 40 years and own the building where my business is located. I have had many experiences with repair/service people. and companies This was an exceptional experience. I strongly recommend Renfrow Heating and Air. Lord willing and I live a few more years, I will follow up with a review of service after the purchase and quality of the product.“
