The staff and technicians are friendly. Don’t mind about your specifics that you desire on your nails if it cost them a little bit more time to do it. “Oops! Well this is from Susan not Tom! I am so very satisfied with how my eyebrows look from D’s brow bar! You go to two appointments with four weeks in between. You apply a numbing gel before you go which cuts down on the pain significantly. And then you apply antibiotic for a week And the scabs may come off during that week. But the results are wonderful! I hardly had any eyebrows left and now it looks like I have my old eyebrows back! It makes me so happy!“

Carla takes time to go over the process and even though her info presentation is very thorough, she seeks your questions to be sure that you are comfortable. She is kind, positive, informative, and offers suggestions with no pressure. I love the products and the support. She gave me the confidence to get off the fence about my eyebrows and she was so right! You will always leave Renova feeling better than when you arrived.“
