Unfortunately we had a emergency visit with our ferret (Lilly) and as sad & heartbreaking as our visit was, the staff and Drs were nothing short than amazing! Throughout the day we called to check on our baby and they were very kind and took time with us, explaining thoroughly and being patient with all of our questions and concerns. This was our first visit here and we are very appreciative of all the love and care that they gave our Lilly.

I am so grateful for Dr. Edgerton and Jordan! They are always so kind, honest and very knowledgeable. Dr. Edgerton is a great person and is so wonderful to be around. She always listens to my concerns, is detail orientated and recommends what is best for my critters. She always makes sure to keep my babies as stress free as possible. Jordan always takes the time to show me how to administer meds, make sure I understand the Dr's orders and is just so pleasant to be around. My critters really experience a stress free environment while visit Griffin Exotics. Dr. Edgerton & Jordan are always willing to go above and beyond for my critters. Thank you both so very much
