I got my first tattoo, Aug. 29 2024. I spoke with Craig numerous times before. Each time, he was patient and informative. I came into this with all the knowledge I needed to make a very informed decision. I came in with an idea. Craig worked with me to hash out all of the fine details. He then got to work. The worst part of the entire process was my butt got sore from sitting. The tattoo was almost completely painless. The final result completely overwhelmed me. We took breaks as we went along, and I saw it coming together but was not fully prepared for the final piece of artwork Craig put on my arm. I think it concerned him for a second because it teared up and about ugly cried. The experience was so much more than I expected, and Craig was the reason for how great it turned out. It is an awesome qork of art that he put on my arm. Not just a tattoo but a work of art. I am truly happy with the result and the entire experience. I'm already thinking of my next design and it will be done by no one else but Craig at Relentless Ink.
I woke up this morning and the bandage had come loose over part of it. I freaked out a bit, and contacted them. They explained the bandages can come loose early due to oils in my skin or being rubbed off like in my sleep. They advised me to go ahead with the after care instructions. I cleaned it and put the after care lotion on it and then stood and looked at it in the mirror, again overwhelmed at the work he did.

Cleanliness: Craig explained the cleanliness process. He cleaned my arm fully before starting. He explained that he used new needles fresh from. A sterilized package. While explaining, he dropped a package on the floor. He opened it and put them in the sharps container. Having the package touch the floor would have possibly contaminated the others had he set it on the work tray, so he disposed of them. Everything was cleaned better than I would have thought was necessary. So, I was more than comfortable with the process.
We had Noah and Tyler do our driveway and sidewalk today and they did a great job. My husband was very pleased.
We found a great place to cut my husband's hair. We've been to several places between Concord and Kannapolis. We highly recommend it and we keep coming back for sure. They stay open late cause of people waiting. We really appreciate for taking care of my husband.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had getting a tattoo. My bff and I have a tradition of getting tattoos on my birthday and we were able to make an appointment for both of us on a Monday. The studio was so cute, clean, and vibey. It’s also private, so we had the place to ourselves all afternoon. Stevie was amazing! She made us feel right at home and honestly it felt like we’ve known each other for years. She understood our designs, ideas, and gave great insight on placement. I’ve never had the pleasure of having a female tattoo artist, and after my experience, I will always opt for a woman bc they know the female body and have the best insight on feminine designs. She also gave us a cute little after care kit and covered our tattoos with derma wrap. It’s been over a week and my tattoo healed perfectly! 10/10 recommend!!Requested style: I brought in my own drawing and she sized it down perfectly to fit where I wanted itCleanliness: Everything was clean, sanitized, and everything was newly used.

And used to be called AVA NAILS if I’m not mistaken, and I used to take people there to get their nails done and the first time I tried it, I fell in love with them. The staff and technicians are friendly. Don’t mind about your specifics that you desire on your nails if it cost them a little bit more time to do it. Nick Gentry was God sent. He was the first contact and after I explained what issue I was having he was able to schedule me the next day after such late notice. I knew then I had chosen the right one, he and his assistant was very knowledgeable at the task at hand , understanding and patient with me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing services. He’s number one in my book.
Justin had repaired my shower stall pan which was cracked. He came in and did his "Magic". I was very satisfied with the way Justin took pride in his work and is a master at his craft. He was also very reasonable on his estimate, so it was within my means to be able to afford to job to get done in a timely fashion.

We just had Fortress Exteriors do some minor repairs on the roof and then we had all new 6” gutters, bigger down spouts and leaf guards added on the entire house.Fenn Allen the owner was recommended to us so we made an appt for him to come out and quote us. He took measurements and by the evening we had a quote. His prices are very reasonable and he is very honest.A week later, the roofers came this morning to fix some things and the gutter guys came this afternoon. They were wonderful, prompt, fast, cleaned up the entire mess. They worked with us to get the down spouts off the roof line. We are very pleased with their work.
Communication was top notch within a day typically. Prices were fair for the work I requested. They came out on time and quoted me for the vent rubber boots to be replaced. They did the work promptly and even shared some photos of the roof with possible hail damage. I appreciate a local company that does honest work in a timely manner. I saw Ms. Kim and let me tell you... She understood the damn assignment. On top of having a killer personality. I almost felt like I had been friends with her for years and came in to sit in her chair and catch up while she made my head beautiful . I actually came to her bc I had gotten a perm a few weeks prior to seeing her and the person that did my hair didn't do good. Np knock to that person but It ended up looking like I had no perm at all. Like NONE... So Ms. Kim fixed my issue ..She took her time while at the same time moving along. 40 years experience.. I mean come on you can't go wrong with that.. so if y'all are looking for a good hair person I def recommend Ms. Kim Bassett. I sure did just find me and my family's hairdresser... Hair type: My hair seemed a little dry, even after 6 months of not giving it a good trim. The stylist suggested I put a leave-in conditioner in to help hydrate my curly/wavey hair. First time anyone had suggested this and I definitely appreciated the input.
Keen is an amazing barber!! He is great with kids and people. This is the only place we have been to for the past 16 years.... You will go in for a haircut and leave with life lessons as well

Specialties: Christina did my nails, my pitiful, broken, refuse-to-grow nails with the gentlest, tenderest, filing and polishing I've EVER had. Past experiences have resulted in my fragile nails breaking UNDER the gel or Acrylic coating. Christina understood how thin my natural nails are and treated them accordingly. She knows her craft! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I got my haircut with Madeleine and she is so nice and she makes sure she understands what you want. She was also very detailed. I thought she was done and it looked fantastic but she moved my hair around a bit and saw some places to touch up and she did so. I hadn't gotten my hair cut in so long and she made sure my hair was cut as perfectly as she could. I love that and it looks and feels so good. I can't stop touching it and flipping it around! Go see Chase for all of your tattoo needs! He’s extremely talented. Could not have asked for a more professional tattoo experience! (I’ve had some crazy experiences other places) Plus, the end result is incredible. Chase takes his time and does not rush through the tattoo like I’ve experienced before through other artists. I have no idea why the bad reviews for BK Plumbing because we've had a very positive experience with them. So far our problem isn't resolved but they continue to send different technicians with other equipment to try out. William and Raphael spent combined hours with patience and professionalism. Called Max Remodeling for a quote for an extensive bathroom remodel. The goal was to close off a Jack and Jill bathroom, open up a new door from an outside wall, move some plumbing, add a window, etc. It was a total gut of the bathroom. I had heard about Leo from a neighbor and they raved about the quality of his work. He came by to measure and quote. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. His quote was fair for the amount of work that had to be done. I accepted the quote and he ended up bringing in a team shortly after. The man knows what the heck he is doing.We have a Mill House and some of the character comes from the older styling throughout the house. Leo was able to match that character outside of the bathroom to the point where it looks natural. The bathroom itself looks fantastic! I am thrilled with the quality of work and the experience with Leo. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Wise Cut Lanscaping! Sam and Tim assessed the work and provided an economical solution to shed the water from my yard. They have been cutting my lawn for over a year now. They communicate when I need them to and understand my work from home situation.
When we were out of town for a few weeks last year I could see them on the cameras and then pay them electronically with no hassle, previous lawn services I have used are cash only which is difficult when you work from home and cannot always get up to go to the door and meet someone.
They are affordable and do a good job. I have not used any services other than basic lawn mowing (and they weed eat) but if I needed something I would). I know that they would do exactly what they say they would do.
Dr. Rao and her associates have really gone the extra mile in serving me, even changing schedules to fit me in. they've been unfailingly kind as my temporary crowns kept failing. I even swallowed one of them! Ask for Dr. Rao. She's the best!

I have been going to Cook Chiropractic for several months now. They have helped me tremendously with some lower back / sciatic issues. Everyone has been friendly, helpful, and they listen to my concerns. I had tried other chiropractors before, and had little to no results. They were referred by multiple people that I know and I am glad that I gave them a chance!
The vets here are always kind and helpful. Dr. Parker was very detailed in trying to find out what was going on with our mare and Dr. Featherstone did great with our donkey's castration.

Karen has an excellent technique. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when she is done. I sit at a computer most days so she focuses on areas that need released while treating the whole body. Would highly recommend.
