Jamie is awesome he comes and tells you exactly what you need to do whether it needs to be repaired or whether it's time to get a new one low prices and just really nice to deal with

Jefferson Appliance is the best. Jamie has been courteous and knowledgeable and gone the extra mile to make sure things are done right. Have used them on several occasions for different appliances and their pricing has always been reasonable.

Jamie was prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Our Maytag dryer stopped doing it's job and in the middle of winter it was tough going but my husband contacted Jefferson Appliance and they dispatched a technician who showed up on the promised day at the time promised time. It is important to us to have service technicians come when expected as not to have to wait around all day or to be disappointed when, by the end of the day, no one has shown up at all.
Jamie was knowledgeable about the cause of the dryer breakdown. He checked out all possible causes to the problem even though he was sure he knew what it was. Found the suspected problem and fixed... read full review
