“Called Marco about replacing two windows in my kitchen and one window in a bedroom. The first time he came out he replaced the one in the bedroom and one window in the kitchen. He replaced both upper and lower panes. When I went to look at it I noticed he didn’t replace the other window. He once again ordered another pane at 160.00 when he came back to what I thought he was going to replace he only replaced one pane had to tell him again about the lower pane this time it was 140.00. He did a great job installing and cleaning up, now I can’t get a paper on the warranty. Would like to have given him 5 stars and be able to recommend the company If anyone uses them make sure they understand that to normal people a window consist of one or more panes.“
