It was the Friday before Labor Day, late in the afternoon. Without any expectations I called Absolute Heating and Cooling and talked to Kelly. She arranged for Bob to come right over. Bob checked the unit and diagnosed a bad fan controller board but the parts house was already closed. He promised they would get on the problem Tuesday. And they did! Kelly called mid morning to tell me they had my part. Bob showed up before lunch and had us running in 30 minutes. Best service ever!
If I could give more stars I would. We have an older home and have had multiple issues arise. Absolute has come quickly and handled our issues each time. The guys are wonderful and everyone we've ever spoken with in the office has been so attentive and friendly. We would never use anyone else and also refer them to anyone in need.
Eric was very professional, informative and courteous. He also gave us some quick tips. He thoroughly checked our unit and found the problem. I would highly recommend Absolute Comfort Cooling and Heating. Thanks for the great service Eric!
