As a new customer of Tina's, I am extremely happy with the haircuts I have received. Speaking as a guy, to the other fellas out there, Tina can cut your hair as well. It took me a while to find a place to get a good civilian haircut for a man in Jacksonville, but now that I've found Tina's, I can stop looking.
