Hands down the best tattoo shop in Jacksonville! I have been let down by tattoo shops in town before and always felt like I was getting ripped off, but this place is the exception. Bella is an amazing artist and did a terrific job on my leg piece. She was patient, professional, and gave great aftercare instructions.
