“Highly recommend!! We had a leaking spigot by our back patio, so I started calling different plumbing companies for estimates. After Hours Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was one of two companies that actually picked up the phone. When I asked Susan for a ballpark number on getting it fixed, she said her husband would see if he could just rebuild the existing spigot and that would save us the cost of replacing the entire thing. I immediately scheduled an appointment because the other plumbing company that I spoke to did not mention that fixing the existing structure was possible and wanted to charge more than double what Susan and Richie were charging. I truly appreciate their honesty and fair pricing. Richie came out at our appointment time and our spigot no longer leaks!On a side note, Susan and Richie are good people that make you feel like family. Fixing up the spigot instead of replacing it is definitely something my brothers and dad would have had me do if I lived back home. Susan was so pleasant and patient on the phone with my many questions. She also texted me updates on the day of the appointment for arrival times. Richie is just a wealth of knowledge -- aside from fixing our spigot, he gave me really helpful advice on our septic system and our newly planted trees that he observed while in our backyard.“
