My son and I love this yoga space!! We attend the Grown Up and Me classes with my 2 yr old when I can and attend the Rising Stars events for teens with my daughter. Extremely friendly here and definitely recommend!

I started my yoga journey by myself—practicing daily or when I could with whatever knowledge I could find or what I “knew”. I got to a point where I plateaued and wasn’t making any progress for weeks before I sought outside help. Speaking with Nick in person and being able to tell him about my goals and how I was trying to accomplish them—we began adding private sessions into my practice that were tailored to my goals and while healing some old injuries that were preventing me from progressing.In the two weeks working with Nick I have not only increased my flexibility, but also my stability and strength. Attended one of the Grown Up and Me yoga classes with my 2.5yr old. He had a blast and we loved the class. Wonderful time where my little could join in and run around as he wanted. Highly recommended for all of our local families!
