This is by far the place I have ever been to help heal my broken body. Elizabeth listened to me to make a thorough assessment and was very flexible as far as trying different techniques to get my muscles to relax. Between medical, therapeutic massage, stretching and cupping, I couldn’t have hoped for a better therapist. This is the place to go, she is amazing.
I recently went in for a massage and Laura was amazing. She is very knowledgeable about her craft, and holds very good conversation, lol. I recommend her to anyone that mentions that they need a massage. I can’t wait until my next appointment!!!
I had a wonderful and much needed deep tissue massage for my birthday with Laura. It was wonderful, and she gave me advice on things to focus on to improve the stress in my body. Her yoga classes are always intimate and inspiring. I highly recommend all things Laura!
