I just had a massage done by Lauren and it was an amazing experience. I came in with a shoulder injury, she took the time to fully understand my injury and where I was having pain, and she did such an amazing massage. I’m having a ton of relief in my shoulder already and will absolutely be back! The space is also very cute and relaxing. Highly recommend!!

Movement Muscle Therapy is fantastic! I picked up on that very quickly. Alicia has a great mindset, awesome personality, educated in her craft, and passionate. She began our session with a movement assessment and used her findings and my personal history as a guide in creating a personalized treatment for me. As a sports & performance physical therapist, I was very impressed by her great skillset and am excited to have found someone I trust to refer my patients to when needed. I look forward to our next session together!
