I started treatment a year ago at “Doe” Family Dental, I had visited them multiple times within a 6 week time frame, receiving treatment each time. I have insurance. It wasn’t until the third time they told me my insurance didn’t cover the $1000+ bill not to mention I never once saw a doctor. I went to Lane & Associates today, completely different experience. I was given an itemized bill with what I was expected to pay vs my insurance, a new treatment plan put in place and EVERY SINGLE ISSUE I needed addressed was addressed. Such a wonderful staff. From the minute you walk in until you leave you are greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes. I came in for a cleaning and Andrea was great! But shout-out to Peggy! She heard that I was in pain from a small sliver in my hand and she went right to work trying to get it out. Definitely feel like you’re part of a big welcoming family!
I went for my routine check-up. They got me in at my appointment time even though they were short staffed. They are always friendly and the Lane Advantage makes it affordable to those without insurance (like myself).
