I would say we had a rocky start. He was originally hired to inspect my chimney and when it was time to do the inspection, something came up multiple times. I end up moving out of state and trusting he would do the job, so I left the key with a neighbor. While waiting for him to inspect the chimney, the cleaning company flaked out on me. I can say in the end this company did save the day. They may not be on time, all the time however Chris said if he gives you his word, he will do it. His company end up doing my entire move out clean, carpets, and chimney inspection. I passed the first time. Very fast and efficient work. He came in, talked for a moment, grabbed his tools and went right to work. The labor was affordable as well. Would recommend for anyone who needs their chimney cleaned.
