Today was our first experience here. The first stylist was wonderful, she made sure to explain any questions we had. The second stylist, a gentleman, who really did try to give my other son the haircut he wanted, to no avail. (He lacks a bit in the professional aspect) We ended up just paying and thanking him for his time, and explaining we would go somewhere else. As we were leaving another extremely kind stylist stepped in and offered to try and help and my goodness did she go above and beyond! Unfortunately, I did not catch her name but even with the original mishap, we will would recommend this business!
Been here twice and will be coming back again and again. I've been looking for a new barber shop for a while now. Nobody in jacksonville cuts my hair or trims my beard as well as they do here. Went in looking like an mountain man, came out looking like a polsihed gentleman. Thank you!
